It’s just another move to ensure that JLC’s family of customers are at the forefront – something that’s in line with the maison’s principles of innovation and service.
OK, so here’s how it all works. You’ve got your beautiful watch home, so now register the thing on their new dedicated online platform. Then you jump on all of their new services under that tag of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Care Program. The website will also allow for added-value services such as functional checks and engraving.
The online platform will be managed in 12 languages, including English, Arabic, Russian and Japanese, and will have a Wechat integration. And you can even do the whole thing in person - the Care program is also in-store.
You can put this one down to an operation that’s packed with stellar watchmakers, artisans, engineers, technicians, artists and other specialists that all drive the creativity and quality of its timepieces.
