What do you mean you don’t have your Reverso engraved?

So, you’ve spent a small fortune on your beautiful Jaeger-LeCoultre timepiece, but what happens if you need a repair? How about when you need to get it serviced?

Well, we’re glad you asked.

Jaeger-LeCoultre has now created a whole host of aftersale services that ensure you can create a bespoke treatment for your watch that will keep it

It’s just another move to ensure that JLC’s family of customers are at the forefront – something that’s in line with the maison’s principles of innovation and service.

OK, so here’s how it all works. You’ve got your beautiful watch home, so now register the thing on their new dedicated online platform. Then you jump on all of their new services under that tag of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Care Program. The website will also allow for added-value services such as functional checks and engraving.

The online platform will be managed in 12 languages, including English, Arabic, Russian and Japanese, and will have a Wechat integration. And you can even do the whole thing in person - the Care program is also in-store.

You can put this one down to an operation that’s packed with stellar watchmakers, artisans, engineers, technicians, artists and other specialists that all drive the creativity and quality of its timepieces.

It’s that collective passion for innovation and its appetite to master together the technical challenges of watchmaking that has resulted in the creation of over 1,200 calibers including the world’s most iconic watches and high complications.

“We are proud to say that our new Care program is an integral part of our maison’s values to foster a long-term and caring relationship with our customers,” says Catherine Rénier, CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre. “We are excited to offer this new solution to our customers’ evolving preferences while remaining true to our Maison’s long traditions and status as the Home of Watchmaking, by constantly challenging ourselves to take technology, design and service quality to the next level.”
