This is the home of HRH Prince Turki bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz Alsaud, in Beverley Park, one of LA’s most exclusive gated communities. According to US property website Dirt.com, he is selling it for $39.95m.

Found in the mountains above Beverley Hills, the Prince’s compound is one of around 70 estates. Which range from 8000 sq ft up to 30,000 sq ft.

Several members of the Saudi Royal family own property in this most exclusive of neighborhoods, but Prince Turki’s is the biggest.

The main house covers 26,000 square feet, with 14 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms (there are 49 in total across the two properties.

Inside it’s all marble, gold and parquet flooring. In the master suite, the new owner will have 4,000 square feet to spare. Even after you add dual dressing rooms and bathrooms, you could comfortably play a game of tennis in your room.
