World Art Dubai Brings 'Interactive' And 'Affordable' Artwork To The Middle East

Art Dubai may have come and gone, but the season for all things art is far from over in Dubai.

The fifth edition of World Art Dubai, the Middle East’s largest affordable and accessible art fair, is up and running with an wide ranging schedule of educational workshops, interactive talks and cultural performances, not to mention a collection of over 3,000 artworks on sale at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Boasting inspirational artworks from over 150 artists and galleries from 30 countries across five continents, the four-day art extravaganza’s retail element will cater to the UAE’s dedicated art aficionados, first-time buyers, and commissioning private entities, while a range of all-day educational activities will educate and enthral visitors.

Artists like Ben Eine (UK), Nikhil Kapur (India), Julia Smolenkova (Russia), Petra Kaltenbach (Germany), Lizelle Englebrecht (South Africa) and more have flown into Dubai to display their works. As has Polish National Marcin Rogal – also known as MrArtPride – whose ‘Watches’ collection has proven popular with a stream of celebrity fans including internationally acclaimed footballers and musicians.

Among the must-see regional galleries are Synergy Art Group (KSA), 3D Artworks Gallery (KSA) and Art Plus Gallery (UAE), while Internationally, Studio 3 Art Gallery (India), Maria Elena Gallery (Argentina) and Galeria 3 (Chile) will also be demonstrating a wide range of art styles and work.

A key event on the Dubai Art Season calendar, World Art Dubai is the city’s main event to access emerging art curations priced at USD100 upwards. From renowned photographers and calligraphers, to inspirational graffiti pioneers and fashion creators, World Art Dubai offers visitors a truly immersive and interactive experience to browse and buy bespoke works.
