Meet the Mercedes-Benz concept that’s as luxe as it is environmentally friendly

Vision EQS Mercedes

This much we know: Mercedes doesn’t sell cars – it sells luxury. And luxury, of course, is all in the details – just take a peek at the 229 floating LED stars that form the welcoming sight of the Vision EQS. Unveiled at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt, the car is the latest tease in the Mercedes-Benz all-electric EQ series, and hints at what the future of luxury could look like.

One key theme? Sustainability. While the Vision EQS will aim for a 0-100 km/h jump of under five seconds, that power will carry a design that includes recycled PET bottles, nappa-feel artificial leather and a roof liner created, in part, with recycled ocean waste plastic.
