Your Next Staycation Should Be At Rixos Premium Dubai

With 414 rooms and suites, a private beach, nine restaurants and and one of the best spas in town, a weekend here could be the best idea you've had in months

Now we’re normally not one to shout about these things, but when you have a hotel in Dubai that possesses the much sought after combination of location, luxury, and lifestyle options (like, major lifestyle options) then we feel it should be held up as something of a high watermark.

For those left in any doubt: Rixos Premium Dubai should be the venue for your next great staycation.

First things first, situated centrally in the tourist hub of JBR, everything you could possibly need is in walking distance. The beach, the cinema and Dubai Marina Mall are all here, with links to public transport just minutes away, too.

However, we expect that you won’t really want to venture outside of the hotel all that often, and while the 414 rooms and suites offer stunning panoramic views – including the Arabian Gulf and world’s largest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai – the views onsite are worth taking in, too.

Here’s how a typical day could go: start off with a workout at a RixGym - packed full of state of the art Technogym equipment. Head for breakfast and then follow it up with an hour or two on Rixos Premium’s stretch of private beach, or with a dip in the temperature controlled pool. Once the tan has been sufficiently worked on, head out for a walk to the mall – or if you really don’t want to stray too far, work on some luxury in-house shopping at Rodeo Drive, Via Rodeo and Ocean Drive. Once shopped out kick back with a traditional hammam treatment at Natureland Spa.

This relative calm will suitably prepare you for what is to come: namely your mind being blown by the restaurant options. There are nine places to choose from here, and whether going for a prime rib at US steakhouse STK, a bespoke burger (and huge freakshake), at another US import Black Tap, or just a chilled out evening watching the sun drip into the ocean at Azure Beach Bar, there’s something here for you. For those in the mood to take things up a notch, there’s even the bonus of following dinner with a trip to Lock, Stock and Barrel or the newly opened District.

But even if you retreat to your ultra-stylish room at the end of the day, you’ll appreciate the Rixos Premium Dubai for what it is. Namely, one of the best beachside options in the city.
