New Watch Alert: Breitling collaborate with Fursan Al Emarat
Breitling’s latest limited edition is an Avenger Chronograph 43 which features the Fursan Al Emarat logo on the dial. Limited to 250 pieces it was launched at the Dubai Airshow, where Brietling is the official timing sponsor.
Breitling, of course, have aviation in their blood. Having already worked with some of the world’s best aviation acrobatics teams, the managing director of Breitling MEIA, Aed Adwan said: “We are proud to include Fursan Al Emarat in this elite line up, to honour the continued relationship between Breitling and Fursan Al Emarat.”
The watch itself, a classic 43 mm size for ease of legibility when flying, is powered by a self-winding Calibre 13 movement and has a power reserve of 48hours. Superluminova coated hands make for ease of reading in low light conditions, although if you’re trying to tell the time in the middle of a loop-the-loop at 10 thousand feet, we imagine low light would be the least of your worries. Reassuringly it’s also water resistant to a depth of 300metres, but again, if you’ve ended up that deep under water something’s probably gone wrong…
Fursan Al Emarat leader, Nasser Al Obaidli said: The Fursan Al Emarat team has been wearing the latest models from Breitling since 2011. We are proud to take to the skies wearing the aviation inspired Avenger Chronograph 43, completed with the Fursan Al Emarat logo.”
The Avenger Chronograph 43 will be available across the Middle East in early 2020.
